Words cannot describe this weekends wedding in Queenstown NZ. It was one of the most amazing weddings we ever filmed! We were allowed inside this family for 4 days and we got to know them pretty well. We did so many cool things, 4 wheel driving, motorcycling, helicopter flying and a ceremonie location so remote that the only acces was a 40 min long offroad drive in a 4x4... still so overwhelmed, that it was hard to create a teaser that involves all these events. So excited to show you all of it!

Hopping from boat to boat in the canals of Amsterdam with people from New York, that was awesome! I loved shooting the wedding of Derek and Nikki on this crazy day full of laugther and tears, sunshine and rain and a lot of good singing and dance moves. Together with all the best vendors, It didn’t feel like working at all!

My name is Aniek and I have always had a fascination for making films. This all started with holiday movies and aftermovies. I started to study Art and Technology and I also continued to film and edit. After filming my first wedding, there were soon more requests and from 2010 on, 'Liefste Dag' was a fact.

Now 14 years later I am allowed to film the most beautiful weddings all over the world. The combination of details, emotion and the chosen music brings you back to those special moments. My challenge is to make each film different but with a distinctive style. Liefste Dag turns your wedding film into an unforgettable memory that has been captured forever.

When my three favorite things come together; love, filming and traveling, I am completely in my element. In case of a destination wedding, in most cases, I come to capture your day together with my second shooter. We have been to the most fantastic locations in the past few years; Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France and Spain. We would love to go to these countries again. In addition, our bucket list also includes the following countries; Indonesia, Croatia, Thailand, Canada and America!
